Michelle does a great job of covering the essentials of what it takes to turn a good testimonial into a great testimonial. She covers essential tips and tricks for not only how to get a testimonial but when to get the testimonial as well. Michelle also talks about how to use testimonials in different formats, such as audio and visual as well as the written testimonial, and what you can do to draw the reader’s attention to it.
